ITS is proud to announce the successful completion of our annual SOC audit – with an expanded scope that now includes our managed services processes and procedures under the SOC 2 framework.
Our previous audits only covered our data center and related processes and services. This year, we added our managed services practice to the scope of the audit. In preparation of this additional scope, ITS implemented technology to increase efficiency and provide process oversight.
SOC 2 (System and Organization Controls 2) is a widely respected auditing framework developed by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). It evaluates a service provider’s information systems relevant to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy — making it especially relevant for businesses that manage or host sensitive client data.
By broadening our scope, we are affirming our ongoing commitment to building and maintaining secure, transparent, and reliable services for every client — now and into the future.
